Such content posts will immediately be deleted and the IP address of the user reported to authorities, if necessary. Violating these terms will result in the irrevocable termination of your ability to use the TwitWall service.

TwitWall reserves the right to ban any individual poster or website domain from using our services for any reason.

TwitWall cannot be held liable for any loss or damages as a result of using the service.

TwitWall is a 3rd party blogging application for Twitter.com; it is available free of charge to all Twitter users. TwitWall contains advertisements which generates revenue to cover the cost of operating the service.

TwitWall reserves the right to change its Terms of Service at anytime, without prior notice.
